Shark offers easy and convenient 30 day returns and exchange program. You are able to return unused product for a credit to purchase a replacement product or refund (shipping fees NOT included.)
To process your return, you will need to provide:
- Your Order number from your confirmation email or your My Account page
- Zip code associated with the order

Please note: RA#’s are valid for 30 days and will not be accepted if received after 30 days.
After the product is received (7-10 business days), a credit memo will be emailed as proof of receipt and refund. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.
- Sale items are eligible for exchanges of similar items.
- Items must be new and include the tags.
- Tip – try on your gear inside the house with all the tags and labels intact.
At Shark Helmets, we take great pride in the quality and fit in each of our products. All Shark helmets have a 3-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase. We will stand behind them 100%. If for any reason, you have not been completely satisfied, We will provide the following warranty policy.

We offer virtual warranty inspection on all our products by sending an email with photos to email@example.com. The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to crashes, normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or exposure.
We may request the defective product for further inspection. If so, a prepaid return label will be emailed. Once received and inspected, a replacement of the same or "like" item will be shipped.
You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.
