Instructions for locating helmet size and serial number

Size:  ONLY SIZES M and XL ARE AFFECTED BYTHIS RECALL.

The size is located on a sticker at the back of the helmet close to the lower trim. 

 The size is also printed on a satin label sewn into the lining inside the helmet.

Serial Number:  Only the following serial numbers are affected by this recall:

• 050418/J-035343 to 050418/J-045065
• DOT/X64-004061 to DOT/X64-007110

The serial number is printed on a label sewn into the chin strap of the helmet.
