How to apply for Warranty or place an After Sale inquiry?
If you experience a technical issue with your helmet and you need to activate your 5 years warranty, please contact the dealer you bought the helmet from for them to organize our standard after sales procedure.

Which helmet size will fit me?
For an helmet to provide effective protection while remaining comfortable it has to be perfectly suited for its user. Choosing the correct size is essential. Ask your authorized dealer to measure your head and choose the correct size.

What if I bought my SHARK Helmet outside of the U.S.?
IMPORTANT WARRANTY NOTICE: SHARK Helmets only warrants to customers helmets purchased from authorized dealers in their own country. SHARK Helmets North America does not warrant helmets purchased from outside of the USA, or helmets purchased in one country for use in another country since regulations and / or certification requirements for road helmets vary from one country to another.
